CARE GUIDE
as these poufs are made from vintage wool rugs, we recommend cleaning them without water. use a vacuum cleaner or a brush. if necessary, clean with cold water! no chemical cleaning and no high temperatures. make sure that the fibers dry completely afterwards!

* please note that all our products are carefully handmade. due to this process, there may be minor imperfections in size, color & design. of course, as a brand, we make sure that the quality is nevertheless guaranteed.
SHIPPING & RETURN
we offer free shipping over 50€. otherwise the shipping costs are 5,90€ in germany, 14,90€ in europe and international on request.
you can return your order to us within 14 days. please send us an e-mail to info@sunondesigns.com so we organize an insured shipping label and send it to you. the costs for returns are 6,00€ for small packages (clothing, pillows) and 11,00€ for big packages (poufs, rugs)
why not free returns? free returns would make the products more expensive for everyone, it's high cost & work effort for a small brand like us. Plus, we want to keep the climate-damaging of transportation as low as possible. Please be sure when buying a product, read the description and use the size guide. if you are unsure or have any question, don't hesitate to contact us!
