MINDFUL FASHION & INTERIOR

there is a lot of greenwashing out there. with mindful fashion & interior we mean products, that are made by hand, individual and unique. that support a kind of craft and culture in the place where they are made. so that you have pieces in your closet that will last and are "special ones". because of all the work and love that went into making.

our fabrics are hand-woven locally. our products are hand-sewn locally. we only use natural fabrics and materials. we have a limited quantity to avoid over-consumption. we order in one load so we only have one transportation route. our packaging is completely plastic-free. we don't adapt to the seasonal cycle of the fashion industry. there will only be a few collections per year.

MEET GUSTI

Pak Gusti is our tailor of choice on the tropical island & he and his family became close friends. we worked with him to find the perfect fit and no request we had was impossible. "Tidak apa apa" (which means "no problem") was always the answer. Gusti and his team sewed all the garments by hand in Bali.

when he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren - he is a proud grandfather of five.

MEET IBU

Ibu is the "boss" of a family business that produces all the colorful fabrics by hand on wooden looms. She is one of the few producers of the traditional balinese fabric named "endek". Ibu laughs and jokes all the time. "Don't take life to serious" she said. We are so happy to meet her and her family in a small, hidden village in Bali, surrounded by nature & lots of beautiful animals.

MEET LUH DE

Luh De is one of the weavers working with Ibu. She explained all the techniques to us with a big smile on her face. She loves what she is doing and you can feel that. Luh De is 40 now and learned the traditional weaving technique when she was a child. She is born in Bali and has a family with three kids.
