CARE GUIDE
regular vacuuming is recommended, but not more than five times a month. wool fibers are delicate, so vacuum slowly and evenly to remove dirt effectively without causing damage. for stains, dab them with clean, cold water. avoid rubbing, as this can spread the stain and damage the fibers. baking soda or vinegar are natural helpers!
moroccan rugs can be hand washed with cold water and detergent, but we do not recommend this unless absolutely necessary. if you wash the rug yourself, rinse it thoroughly with a garden hose after soaping and leave it to dry completely in the sun. make sure the rug is no longer wet or damp before putting it back on the floor.
after drying, brush the rug with a hand brush. this will remove excess wool and restore the rug's shine and texture. brushing is also a way to refresh the rug without washing it.

SHIPPING & RETURN
we offer free shipping over 50€. otherwise the shipping costs are 5,90€ in germany, 14,90€ in europe and international on request.
you can return your order to us within 14 days. please send us an e-mail to info@sunondesigns.com so we organize an insured shipping label and send it to you. the costs for returns are 6,00€ for small packages (clothing, pillows) and 11,00€ for big packages (poufs, rugs)
why not free returns? free returns would make the products more expensive for everyone, it's high cost & work effort for a small brand like us. Plus, we want to keep the climate-damaging of transportation as low as possible. Please be sure when buying a product, read the description and use the size guide. if you are unsure or have any question, don't hesitate to contact us!
